Luis Gamarra is a new independent Latin/Pop Artist originally from Bolivia but based in the U.S, whose main goal is to change the world through his music. Coming from one of the most homophobic countries in the world, Luis Gamarra decided to come out publicly as gay before the starting of his career and the release of his first artist project called “Libre” (Free). Luis Gamarra’s goal is to become a reference to the LGBTQ community in Latin America and the world.
