In the midst of an existential crisis, socially inept Weston Phelps abandons his life in New York for "perfect" Los Angeles in search of a chosen family in the LGBTQA community, but quickly discovers starting over again isn't the fantasy he thought it would be. “The Safety Plan” is a social satire that explores what it means to be alone in a society where you’re nobody until somebody loves you, and what it truly takes to make it on your own.
